Individual items that meet the requirements of the FREE SHIPPING offers and are part of a multiple-item order that includes non-free shipping items are still eligible for FREE GROUND SHIPPING. (Please note: If your order contains some ineligible items, you will be charged shipping and handling fees for those items only.)

In the case of returns:
If you received free shipping with your purchase and return your item for a refund you will be charged the appropriate shipping cost prior to re-stocking fees being charged. In the case of multiple items purchased and partial return you will be charged appropriate shipping on the number of products returned prior to re-stocking fees being charged. We offer free shipping, but it is not truly free. We actually pay the freight for our customers. In order to keep our prices low we need to be reimbursed on all returns when free shipping was included.
