Store PolicyPayment Method
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Certified funds, Wire transfer and Business check if paid in advance. Kindly note that the order will ship when check funds clear. We do not accept COD orders. For the customer's protection, all information on the order sheet, including credit card holders name, number, billing address, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud, and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission.
Our website is tied into Paypal and Authorize.net and we do NOT keep any credit card information on our server. Because of this, we never see the credit card numbers when you make a purchase online - all our transactions are processed in real time usually within a few seconds. We charge your credit card when you place the order, not when we ship it.
Sales Tax
Faucet Guy™ collects sales tax for only those orders shipped to Massachusetts. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other location.
Privacy Policy
Our policy is straightforward. We respect your privacy plain and simple. Under no circumstances will we release any information about our customers or mailing list subscribers. Not your name, email address, phone number or any other information we collect. As far as your credit card information goes, we do not record any of it. We are linked in to Paypal and Authorize.net's secure servers and they receive all of your private information. We do not ever see your card numbers and they are not stored on our servers. Our servers have the highest security available, but we still do not keep any sensitive information about you on them.
We recognize that privacy of your personal information is important. Here is information on what types of personal information we receive and collect when you use and visit us, and how we safeguard your information. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Log Files
As with most other websites, we collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in the log files include your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider, such as AOL or Shaw Cable), the browser you used to visit our site (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site.
Cookies and Web Beacons
We do use cookies to store information, such as your personal preferences when you visit our site. This could include only showing you a popup once in your visit, or the ability to login to some of our features, such as forums.
We also use third party advertisements to support our site. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP , the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geo targeting purposes (showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites).
DoubleClick DART cookies
We also may use DART cookies for ad serving through Google’s DoubleClick, which places a cookie on your computer when you are browsing the web and visit a site using DoubleClick advertising (including some Google AdSense advertisements). This cookie is used to serve ads specific to you and your interests (”interest based targeting”). The ads served will be targeted based on your previous browsing history (For example, if you have been viewing sites about visiting Las Vegas, you may see Las Vegas hotel advertisements when viewing a non-related site, such as on a site about hockey). DART uses “non personally identifiable information”. It does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, social security numbers, bank account numbers or credit card numbers. You can choose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites. This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts.
Deleting cookies does not mean you are permanently opted out of any advertising program. Unless you have settings that disallow cookies, the next time you visit a site running the advertisements, a new cookie will be added.
Shipping
We take extra effort and use extra packaging to ensure that your shipments arrive safely. In addition, we make every effort to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. When available, we package items together for a single shipment passing any savings directly on to you.
Most orders placed by 3:00PM EST, Monday through Friday excluding Holidays, are processed the same day of the original receipt of order and approval of credit card. Any orders placed after 3:00PM EST will ship the next business day or up to 36 hours after. Orders placed after 3:00PM on Friday or during weekend hours will ship by the following Monday. We offer several options for shipping orders through UPS, USPS & FedEx.
UPS, Fed-Ex or Freight deliveries are generally not available on Saturday or Sunday. Contact us for special rates if Saturday delivery is desired for smaller items, such as faucets. 2 day and overnight deliveries carry an additional charge, when available. Orders containing large items (toilets, whirlpools, etc.) will ship via common carrier and should arrive within 5-15 days. Shipping to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories is quoted on a per order basis.
Our website is set up to offer you UPS and USPS shipping automatically. All shipping charges will be indicated on your order form. We reserve the right to substitute FedEx, UPS for USPS or vice versa depending on shipping location at our discretion. We will always substitute with the identical delivery form of shipping. So, for example, if you paid for overnight shipping, you will receive your item overnight, if you paid for 3 day shipping, you will receive your item in 3 days.
Whenever we offer free shipping, product will be sent by UPS or Fed-Ex ground at our choice, unless requested otherwise charges will be added to the shipment. All FREE shipping offers only includes the contiguous United States of America, not Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Inspection
We make every effort to ensure that your order is picked and processed correctly. We also use extra packaging to ensure that it arrives to you safely. Please do not sign for and/or do not accept receipt of any products that are visibly damaged. If a product appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and notify our customer service department immediately at cserv@FaucetGuy.com
Items are generally shipped via UPS. If you are home when the delivery arrives, please inspect the packages for obvious damage. If a product appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and notify our customer service department immediately. If the delivery is made when you are not home, then please inspect your order carefully. You should confirm the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Common Carrier Services: Larger items such as whirlpool baths require delivery by private trucking firms (common carrier or freight carrier). These companies may call you in advance to arrange a delivery time. It is very important that you inspect these common carrier deliveries thoroughly before signing for them. Inspect the boxes for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property. If a product appears to be damaged to the point that it cannot be used - do not accept it.
If you discover internal (non-visible) damages after the delivery has been signed for then you need to notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Faucet Guy™ cannot accept responsibility for any damaged product once you sign for a delivery, but we will work with you to resolve the claim with the carrier.
At Faucet Guy your satisfaction is our primary goal. Any product that is refused upon delivery will be replaced and/or any errors will be corrected immediately.
Return & Exchange
Upon receipt of merchandise, inspect product carefully. Should you find that the product does not meet your expectations or satisfaction contact us at once through our contact page and tell us your concerns. This way, we will be able to may make every effort to satisfy your purchase. We will not accept any items listed as discontinued, special order items or items held for more then 14 days. Obviously we will exchange any item which was delivered defective or in the rare instance of shipping the wrong product.
In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues We will accept stock items returned within 14 days in saleable condition, subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges. Non-stock items, discontinued items or items held more than 14 days after the purchase date cannot be returned under any circumstances. We will accept defective returns within the manufacturer's warranty period if sold by FaucetGuy. Many faucet companies provide warranty registration and warranty fulfillment through their own channels. In these instances, contact the manufacturer directly and follow their directions for product replacement.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns to Faucet Guy™.
To return items follow these instructions:
E-Mail us from our contact page for a return authorization number, and in it describe briefly the reasons for your requested return. You must receive a RMA# before you return any goods to us. The RMA# must appear on your return packing label. Merchandise without a RMA# will be refused, and no credit will be issued. RMA#'s are valid for (10) days from date of issuance.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include all accessories, packing material, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and the original factory box in which it was shipped in unmarked. Shipments of returns must be prepaid and we will not accept COD returns. No return will be accepted if it is sent back in its shipping box only. This means that all products must be in their original box inside the packing box.
If you received free shipping with your purchase and return your item for a refund you will be charged the appropriate shipping cost prior to re-stocking fees being charged. In the case of multiple items purchased and partial return you will be charged appropriate shipping on the number of products returned prior to re-stocking fees being charged. We offer free shipping, but it is not truly free. We actually pay the freight for our customers. In order to keep our prices low we need to be reimbursed on all returns when free shipping was included.
Shower Doors: Due to the custom nature of shower doors, all shower door sales are final - no returns. Please be sure to check your selection thoroughly before placing your order.
Cancel Order
To cancel an order and not incur any charges we must be notified prior to the close of business on the same day the order is placed. If we are notified prior to payment being processed, we are able to void out the order and no charges will be made. If your order has been processed we incur a fee for that transaction as well as a second transaction fee when we refund the order. Therefore, in order to keep our prices low we pass these charges back to you in the amount of 10% of the total order price when you cancel after the order has been processed.
Manufacturer Warranty
Faucet Guy™ sells only quality products from leading industry manufacturers. All products are covered by the manufacturer's comprehensive warranties. No matter where you live within the U.S. (and many other parts of the world), the manufacturers provide complete and documented warranties with every product. If you have purchased a product from us and you find it to be defective within the first year of use, please contact our customer service department for assistance in processing your warranty claim with the manufacturer.

THE BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY, IF ANY, IS THAT PROVIDED BY THE PRODUCT'S MANUFACTURER. SELLER MAKES NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, AND IN NO EVENT, WILL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR ANY OTHER LOSS, DAMAGE, COST OF REPAIRS OR INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LIQUIDATED DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED UPON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, SALE, TRANSPORTATION, INSTALLATION, USE OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY SELLER. BUYER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, AND IN NO EVENT, SHALL SELLER'S LIABILITY, IF ANY, EXCEED THE NET SALES PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S); NO ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCE SHALL BE MADE FOR THE LABOR OR EXPENSE OF REPAIRING OR REPLACING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR WORKMANSHIP OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE SAME. International Orders
If you would like to place an order from outside the United States or you would like to have it shipped outside the United States, please contact us at cserv@FaucetGuy.com for assistance. We will gladly make arrangements to have your order shipped to an export company of your choice. You will be responsible for making arrangements with the export company to complete the delivery to your final desired location. Payment for orders being placed from outside the U.S. or orders to be shipped outside of the U.S. must be made by electronic bank transfer.
